Drive Novatama's growth by building relationships with businesses ready to digitize — from the first conversation to a signed engagement.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify prospective clients across target industries
Run discovery conversations to understand operational pain points
Present ERPNext, app development, and AI automation solutions
Prepare proposals and coordinate scope with the delivery team
Build long-term relationships and manage the pipeline in ERPNext
Represent Novatama at events and through outreach
What we're looking for
3+ years in B2B sales, consulting, or business development
Strong understanding of business operations (ERP / SaaS a plus)
Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Comfortable translating technical solutions into business value
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
Nice to have
Experience selling ERP, software services, or IT consulting
An existing network among Indonesian SMEs and enterprises
